Any buyer who has purchased products or services (flowers, flower pots, ornamental plants, bouquets and flower arrangements, candles, balloons) and who wishes to cancel his offer will notify the company of this (via telephone, WhatsApp or feedback on the site). Cancellation of an order will be possible as long as materials have not yet been purchased for it and it has moved to execution Actual.
Cancellation of the purchase of any other product (which is not perishable and does not require manual labor to prepare it) will be made within 14 days of receiving the product or the disclosure document, whichever is later.
The consumer’s money will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice.
Cancellation of a transaction that is not due to a defect or non-conformity, due to failure to deliver the product on the specified date, or any other breach of the contract, the company may charge a cancellation fee of 40% of the order value, and the product will be returned to the consumer.
Restrictions on the right to cancel: It is not possible to cancel the purchase of perishable products, products that were manufactured specifically for the consumer, as well as products that can be recorded, copied and duplicated, the original packaging of which the consumer opened as delivered to the buyer. 2. Limitation of liability
The company strives to ensure that all products offered by it on the site will be of high quality and suitable for use.
The Company undertakes that flowers, flower pots, ornamental plants, flower bouquets and flower arrangements will be of good quality and fresh. If any of the products mentioned above are not fresh (hereinafter – the defective product), the purchaser is entitled to contact the Company (via telephone, WhatsApp or feedback on the site) and notify it. The parties agree that the Company will review the complaint and will be entitled to replace the defective product or credit the purchaser with the total consideration paid for that product (including the cost of shipping, if no other services were ordered by the purchaser in the same transaction), at its sole discretion.
The sole responsibility for all products that are not flowers, flower pots, ornamental plants, flower bouquets and flower arrangements and for any information or representation made on the site regarding the nature of the products, including the names of the manufacturers, the nature of the products, the features of the products, images of the products, etc., applies to the manufacturers and/or importers and/or authorized marketers of the products, according to Consumer protection laws and regulations and in accordance with the terms of the warranty and service certificates attached to each product/service, if attached.
In any case, the Company’s liability, under any legal grounds whatsoever, for products mentioned in this section will not exceed the amount of consideration actually paid for the product/service ordered by the purchaser.
